Gallery price: £16.50, from me: £9.95. UNIQUE: Handmade Fused Glass 'FISH' Brooch. The little fish has been very carefully hand painted onto the surface of a white pearlised glass backing. No paint has been used but instead it is very finely ground fusing glass mixed with water. At this stage the blending of colours and adding of details was possible. The eye of the fish is made from metallic dichroic glass. The brooch was then fired in my kiln and the powdered glass and background fuse to become one piece. This little brooch is a limited edition and is signed on the back !!! 'FISH' comes in a nice little black gift box with the 'GLASSMAD' logo embossed in silver. The nature of dichroic glass means that it will reflect light and will show differing colours. Brooch measures: 4cm x 1.8cm x 4mm. CAN BE MADE TO ORDER
