This is a unique original drawing of a cute baby capybara snuggled up close to mum. With square shaped noses, tiny ears on the back of their head and slightly webbed feet, these rather odd rodents native to South America are related to guinea pigs, though very much larger. This baby is keeping close to his mother’s side, but both appear very curious to see what is going on. Using artist-quality coloured pencils on heavy weight paper for a high-quality professional finish, the picture is presented in an off-white / pale cream colour mount, with a backing board and protected in a clear cellophane bag. Measuring (with mount) 11” wide by 14” tall (image size 7” by 10”) - that’s approximately 28 by 35 (18 by 25) in cm - it will fit a readily-available standard-size frame.
