You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Items can be returned for any reason for a full refund of the initial item price plus postage cost. If you wish to return an item please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Please note - buyer is responsible for the postage cost to return an item. In the rare instance of an item reaching you in a faulty or damaged state the postage cost to return the item will also be refunded.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
