This unique, decorative cup is part of the Found in the Forest series from award-winning ceramicist, Frances Lee. The Found in the Forest series features a mixture of press moulded and slip cast white earthenware ceramics, cast in white earthenware and finished with a transparent glaze. This series is decorated with fine line and watercolour images as transfers. Upon retiring from a long and happy career as a physiotherapist, I embarked upon an applied arts degree. This led me to ceramics, where I have discovered a passion for combining glazed earthenware, lightbox drawings and gold leaf to create completely unique decorative pieces. Each and every piece I make is one of a kind. Many of my collections take inspiration from the nature and this is a piece from my Found in the Forest collection.
