This is a kit to knit a pair of Maddie's Moving Forward Mitts pattern. The mitts are knitted in the round, from the wrist upwards. Increases are made for the thumb, with the stitches being placed on hold and worked when the hand is complete. The thumb pattern is worked in garter stitch and slip stitches, whereas the main pattern is worked in a combination of garter stitch, slip stitches and stocking stitch.
