About this item
Rectangle copper hand cut shapes have been textured with multiple lines to create a textured effect. The rectangles have been bent slightly to follow the edges of the earlobe. Silver posts are soldered on the back. Washes of white and light blue are washed over the bottom of the studs settling in the texture lines to emphasise the design. The posts and butterfly findings are silver. The earrings are posted out in a gift box with information about the enamelling process. No two are identical due to the process.

I love to create textures in copper and let the coloured melted glass flow across the uneven surface. It creates unexpected results.
