Making Gerald was fun and a good excuse to stretch my imagination. I wanted to make a creature which would make people smile.

Gerald is a weird and wonderful ornamental rabbit. He's a one of a kind! Quite a handsome fellow, made from plush navy blue velvet. Gerald was born into a family of travelling performers but being an earnest character he has aspirations to run away from the circus and retrain...maybe in social sciences or perhaps horticulture. As yet, he's still unsure.
Gerald began as just a sketch and was handmade by me in my studio, at home near Edinburgh.

MATERIALS
Mixed recycled fabrics, buttons & thread
Stuffing is new polyfill.
Not suitable for young children - He doesn't enjoy rough play and prefers a mainly ornamental existence. Like most rabbits burrowing on the settee or at the end of the bed is bliss to him.
Will be wrapped in tissue & well packaged to ensure he arrives in tip-top condition.
POSTAGE
Postage is a flat rate based on the most expensive item – so extra items can be added without adding extra postage.
