Cortado: from the Spanish cortar, to cut. An espresso cut with a small amount of steamed milk. This original miniature sketch by Stephanie Guy was painted on location in a cafe in Ormskirk, using sepia and ink. It is painted on good quality 300gsm watercolour paper.
