This unusual window hanger uses pieces of beach glass and red beads to create the look of a Christmas wreath. The basis of the hanger is the bottom of an old glass jar which we found on the beach. We have tumbled all the glass so it is rounded, smooth, and finely frosted. The glass beads which are the "berries" of the wreath add a little shine.
The sun catcher is 6.5 cm in diameter and 8 mm thick. It comes with a fine transparent cord.
Our sun catchers are made in Chudleigh, Devon, using materials we collect ourselves from local beaches. Each piece of glass is unique, so each sun catcher is unique. Because our raw materials have spent time on the seashore our products may have small imperfections, which we think is part of the charm of beach glass decorations. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
The sun catcher will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment
