Full description

Let me introduce you to TWOO. He has a partner called TWIT and here you can see him responding to her call. I think what he is actually trying to say is 'Who!'.

I have based this adorable owl brooch on my favourite native owl; the Tawny Owl. Tawny owls never actually call 'Twit Twoo'. What you actually hear is one owl calling 'Twit' and another responding 'Twoo'.

The owl brooch is hand-made from sterling silver and every one is unique. I have used a lovely stripey texture on the body and washed the piece with a gentle antique patina to add contrast to the textures. Finally I have given the brooch a satin polish.

Wear this pin on your coat, hat, or pinned to your scarf. Add a bit of fun and sweetness to your day!

Made from Sterling Silver and soldered to a sterling silver stick pin
