Buying from me

Hi I'm Jackie an artist and illustrator based in Worcestershire in the UK. I create original paintings and illustrations and use them to produce art prints, gifts and home decor items. My products are made to order allowing me to offer personalised items and are manufactured in the United Kingdom either by a specialist print partner or myself. Shipments are sent with tracking via courier. Overseas buyers are responsible for customs & import taxes. I am not responsible for customs delays.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Many of my products are manufactured to order and delivered directly to you from my production partner.

Should you need to cancel your order, to avoid the order being placed into production, please ensure you cancel within 24 hours via email in addition to the standards return form if using.

After 24 hours your order will have been placed into production with my production partner which cannot be cancelled.

The goods will then be delivered as normal and you will need to follow the returns policy and return the goods to the seller. You will be responsible for the returns postage. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel within the 14 days of receipt of the item provided it has not been used. It helps me to not incur costs and helps you so that you avoid having to return the item.
