I look for the best in everything and everyone

I love to work with semi-precious gems which are attributed with positive energies by alternative therapists and crystal practitioners. I team these with silver or copper, both of which are aid to enhance the energies of the gemstones.

I've also begun to incorporate Swarovski pearls and crystals into my work and, more recently I've begun to experiment with polymer clay.

This all started when some of the vintage and antique costume jewellery that I bought at auction turned out to be un-repairable and I amassed a stock of odd beads and crystals that was crying out to be useful. I began to incorporate these bits and pieces into necklaces and bracelets for friends and family and now I try to incorporate them into my barneycraft designs too.
