If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout. Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.

Full description
This mounted, coastal landscape painting is full of vibrant colours and textured brushstrokes. The acrylic painting depicts a stormy sea with fishing nets in the foreground. I have used layers of acrylic paint and scratched into the surface with a mixture of pastels, pencils and marking tools.
Experience a little of the power of the elements in your own home. Although the sea is the star of the painting, the fishing nets symbolise our dependency on the sea. With this small study, the fascination with the coast will never be far away.
