A very warm welcome to my collection of original artwork.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout. Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.

Full description
This is a mounted, Scottish landscape painting. The sky is moody and thick clouds are forming above the hills and loch. In the foreground, a blanket of grasses and reeds host some wildflowers. I have used thick layers of acrylic paint and scratched into the surface with a mixture of pastels, pencils and marking tools.
Welcome this small painting that captures big natural drama, in to your space. Big, billowing clouds evoke a range of emotions that can provide a sense of place and belonging all year round.
