Each item is individually made to a high standard. Designs made are generally one offs - due to the individual freemotion embroidered details and random appearance of the batik fabrics I use, each design is unique and cannot be repeated. I strive to get orders to the Post Office on the day the or next working day the order is placed and use Royal Mail First Class post. All postage costs are added, please see each individual listing.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Buyers are responsible for return postage. Items must be returned securely in original packaging. If you have changed your mind about a purchase a refund will be given minus original postage.
