Such a colourful bird often seen in small groups and one of the many birds we see when walking the dog along the clifftops of the North East Coast. I had a lot of fun freemotion embroidering the catkins too!

Full description
A design inspired by nature, this beautiful small cross body bag features a Goldfinch perched on a Hazel branch with catkins in a countryside setting. Totally unique, the bird is a digitally created embroidery with freemotion embroidered grasses, hedgerow and tree, against a batik cotton quilted landscape. These small crossbody bags are ideal for shopping, days out walking etc, when you need something small. The bag has a soft feel with a green canvas back, zipped top opening, chocolate brown faux leather base, adjustable brown webbing strap measuring 142cm (56") max . Bag measures 22cm (9'') high, 20cm (8”) wide and 5cm (2 '') deep at base. Royal Mail First Class Postage is included.
