Buying from me

All Eightfourteen creations are individually handmade in my Stafford workshop. I am open to custom orders, so please let me know if you would like something special made.

All jewellery is carefully packaged in a gift box wrapped in twine.

The packaging that I use is made from recycled materials. The 'twool' string is made from Dartmoor sheep wool and can be composted. I use paper tape and labels on postage boxes, so they can go straight into your cardboard recycling.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
