The Urban Ocean Collection is inspired by a recent trip to the beach, where pebbles are shaped by the water. However, living far from the sea means that my day to day inspiration comes from cityscapes: dark colours, concrete and man-made texture. These two ideas came together to create the Urban Ocean.

These earrings are handmade to order from 100% recycled sterling silver.
I make these statement stud earrings are made using traditional silversmithing methods.. soldering, hammering and forming.
Each earring is a different shape and size, and I use old hammers to give the surface an interesting, unique texture. The earrings are oxidised to bring to a dark grey, and I then polish this patina away slightly to highlight the textures.
The earring pins and scrolls are also sterling silver.
The largest earring measures approximately 3cm tall and 2cm wide, and the smallest is 2.4cm tall and 2cm wide.
As I make each pair by hand, the earrings you receive may differ slightly from the ones photographed. As is the lovely nature of handmade!
Will be carefully packaged in an eco-friendly gift box.
