Buying from me you can expect exceptional quality and customer service. Most of my makes are one offs making them very unique. I always aim to ship on the day of purchase but if not possible, then the following day. I hope you enjoy browsing through my shop.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns up to 14 days from receipt providing the item is returned in a saleable condition
