Buying from me

* As with all handcrafted jewellery, some imperfections will exist and be more noticeable in close up photography, where ordinarily they won't be when worn.
* I will aim to have your purchase in the post within 3 days. Delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will need to be signed for.
* Measurements are approximate.
* The dates on the photos relate to when the photo was taken and not when the item was created.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please note that I do not accept returns on earrings, for health and hygiene reasons.
