If you want a personalised item or can't find a design or colour you are looking for please contact me, I take bespoke orders and would love to hear from you.
All orders are shipped with TLC and usually dispatched within 3 working days. Custom orders take longer, please get in touch for more details.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order before dispatch unless it is personalised, in which case, you need to contact me within 48 hours of confirming your order to cancel. To cancel an order you must inform me in writing (an email is sufficient).

Please note: Unless faulty, items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable.
I do hope you are happy with all your purchases from fizzi-jayne makes.... but if for whatever reason you are not happy, do not hesitate to contact me. You have the right to terminate the contract and return an item up to 14 days after receipt of your order and a full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage will be made within 14 days of fizzi~jayne receiving the returned item(s). The buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage.
