Buying from me
Everything I make is natural, and made with second-hand or used-until-it’s-barely-there-anymore tools. I make things with nature, and do so ethically and sustainably.
I will pack and post all items within 1-2 days, unless stated otherwise. And all packages are sent through Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Each item has a description lovingly typed out about all the how’s, why’s, and what’s, because I care about what I make.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
