I have always loved nature and mythical things, as a child I watched Wizards of waverly place constantly, and I would stick a branch wand in my shoe like Alex Russo. I wished every night that a wild animal would choose me to speak to and invite on a quest of some kind. Why does that mean as an adult we can't secretly wish for those things? We should be allowed to enjoy those things that make us happy, and I think this wand does just that. Even making it, I could feel the joy pour out of me at the thought of someone hanging it up in their room as a cool decoration, or using it for their cosplay, or even just stowing it away in their pocket until their alone and practising being a druid in their bathroom. I carefully whittled the fallen branch down, trying to keep the beautiful deep brown bark in some places, and turning it into a perfect weapon of magical doing.

Welcome human, and enjoy my magical wares.
NEW WANDS UP FOR ADOPTION!
Found in a pile of recently felled Rhododendron bushes—a highly damaging and invasive plant species—these branches were begging to be turned into something beautiful, than to be taken away and burned. I spent weeks on the wands all together, whittling them down and carving them, and then hand sanding, coffee stained, and waxing to finish.
Once adopted, the chosen wand will be sent in a reused box with reused protective packing, and a small recycled card with a written note of thanks and some lore about your particular wand. And don’t worry, the wand will be tucked in all snug as a bug on a rug! It will be sent through my local postal pigeons (Royal Mail) which can be tracked using a secret code… It’s just the tracking number… so, yeah. Anyway.

- This wand was crafted with love, magic… and whittling tools.
- Can be used as a wand, or as decoration.
- Made from a recently felled invasive species of Rhododendron.
- Finished with a natural, vegan wax.

All my items are made with ONLY natural materials, and everything is made by my silly little hands. This means that nothing is perfect, there's beauty in that, though.
