Buying from me
All my candles are hand‑poured in small batches from my workshop in Lincoln. I use quality materials, careful testing and clear safety guidance with every order. I pack each candle with care and aim to dispatch quickly so your new scent arrives ready to enjoy.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns for:
• Used candles
• Custom or personalised items
• Items damaged as a result of misuse or improper burning
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so I can assist.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photograph of the item and its packaging
A replacement or refund will be offered depending on the circumstances.
Change of Mind
Unused and unopened candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds are issued once the item has been received and confirmed to be in its original condition.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Additional Policies and Exceptions
• Each candle is handmade in small batches; therefore, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur.
• Processing times may vary during busy periods, but I aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe selected at checkout.
• If you require an item by a specific date, please contact me prior to purchasing to confirm availability.
• Custom or personalised items are produced to the buyer’s specifications and are not eligible for return unless faulty.
• Please follow all safety guidance provided with your candle to ensure safe and appropriate use.
• If any issue arises with your order, please contact me promptly so I can work with you to resolve it.
