I wanted to capture the cosy feeling of walking into a kitchen where something sweet has just come out of the oven. The Cherry Bakewell is such a familiar treat here in the UK, and I loved the idea of turning that comforting scent and look into a candle. The glossy cherry jam, the soft cream and the little tart on top all came from wanting to make something playful that brings a smile as soon as you see it. It is a small nod to simple pleasures and the joy of home baking in a candle.

CLP & Allergen Information All candles are affixed with CLP compliant safety labels. Manufacturer and supplier of fragrance oil: Craftiful Bakewell Tart Fragrance Oil at 10% in wax Contains: DELTA-DAMASCONE, ETHYL METHYLPHENYLGLYCIDATE, P-ANISYL ACETATE May produce an allergic reaction. Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Avoid release to the environment. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local regulations. CLP documentation available on request. User Safety Guidance This candle is not edible. Keep away from children and pets. Always burn on a stable, heat resistant surface. Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, flammable materials, and direct sunlight. Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop use when approximately 1cm of wax remains. Jar may become hot during use. Handle with care. If the glass container is not reused, dispose of any remaining contents and the container at an approved waste disposal site in accordance with local regulations.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns Due to the handmade nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns for: • Used candles • Custom or personalised items • Items damaged as a result of misuse or improper burning If you experience any issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so I can assist. Damaged or Faulty Items If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery and provide: • A brief description of the issue • A clear photograph of the item and its packaging A replacement or refund will be offered depending on the circumstances. Change of Mind Unused and unopened candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds are issued once the item has been received and confirmed to be in its original condition. Refunds Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction. Additional Policies and Exceptions • Each candle is handmade in small batches; therefore, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur. • Processing times may vary during busy periods, but I aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe selected at checkout. • If you require an item by a specific date, please contact me prior to purchasing to confirm availability. • Custom or personalised items are produced to the buyer’s specifications and are not eligible for return unless faulty. • Please follow all safety guidance provided with your candle to ensure safe and appropriate use. • If any issue arises with your order, please contact me promptly so I can work with you to resolve it. Cherry Bakewell Tart Candle
Bring a little bakery comfort into your home with this lovingly handmade Cherry Bakewell Tart candle, crafted in Lincoln with a cosy and nostalgic touch. Each one is poured by hand and dressed with glossy cherry jam, soft whipped wax and a tiny Bakewell tart perched right on top. It looks sweet enough to eat, but it is all wax from top to bottom.
