Buying from me

All my work is hand crafted by me in Wiltshire. I am customer centric and ensure that my customers are kept informed of progress from the moment you order right through to receiving your item.

Most of my items are made to order and reflected in the time to dispatch but if in stock they'll be posted to you within a few days of payment.

I use 48 hour tracked delivery through Royal Mail which in my experience has been very reliable.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
