Hi!
I have a great passion for making beautifully hand-crafted items using clay in my home studio. Since last year, I have been working hard to create a collection of animal money boxes, the old fashioned variety, where you need a blunt knife to extract saved coins (but I do make the coin slot large).
Note : for shipping, as this is pottery, each item has to be "double boxed" which makes it a small package by Royal Mail standards, so just the shipping could take 3 days.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please note with shipping pottery no-one will insure or guarantee it, so for this reason I am only posting to within Mainland UK, using 2nd class Royal Mail Medium sized Parcel service.

I try and use as much recycled materials for packaging as possible.
Please check package as soon as it arrives. In the event of any breakages please send a photo of outside/item, so that I can send a replacement (may take time) or a refund, this will help me learn & improve packaging.
