Please contact me if you have questions.
I reuse & recycle packaging materials when possible, to help protect the environment. Items are wrapped/placed in decorative bags.
I post orders placed on Friday after 12 pm/weekend on Monday morning.
I send orders in 3 working days via 2nd class Royal Mail, except for custom designs. Please select a different option if you need the item urgently, or contact me directly.
I can post gifts directly to the recipient – please contact me before.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
