It arrives "flat-packed" to keep postage affordable - simply straighten the stems and fluff the pom-pom heads with your fingers to bring your miniature meadow to life. I've made the dandelions with acrylic yarn from my unused project stash, felt leaves, and sturdy pipe-cleaner stems that you can reposition however you like. The base is needle-felted using a wool-and-yarn blend to create a textured, mossy landscape. Because the flowers are made from yarn pom-poms, you may occasionally spot an unruly strand - this is completely normal and part of the charm. You can trim it or keep it for extra personality. The piece is mounted on a reused jam jar lid (thoroughly cleaned), giving new life to an item that's notoriously difficult to recycle because of its rubbery lining.
