I Angie am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
Hi all, I'm Angie and I make everything from storage solutions, quilts, decorative items to cushions and everything in between.
All my items are made entirely by my own hands in Yorkshire.
I am not new to online selling, having had another shop previously on another hand made site with over 800 sales, so you can buy with confidence.
I have over 500 items ready to list, so if you don't see anything you want, please keep popping back and I'm sure you'll find something you like.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Any overpayment on shipping of £1.50 or above will be refunded back to you.
Buyers outside of the EU please return your items within 30 days from date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return postage. I recommend you returning the item signed for post.
I do not issue refunds for returned items that are lost in transit. To prevent me getting charged custom duties you must mark your package a RETURN. Any customs charges applied to the items being returned that are not clearly marked RETURN will be taken from the refund amount due.
If you haven't contacted me within 60 days I will assume you have recieved your item and you are your happy with it.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please send me a photo of the damage, I will either refund you fully including postage or send out a replacement if I have the item in stock this is entirely your choice.
