Due to the materials used, is it best if the items do not get wet, are handled with care, and are stored away from prolonged periods of direct sunlight
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. For custom or bulk orders, making times will vary for this depending on the quantity/detail. Items will be packaged as in the photo on an unbleached card/gift box
As with all handmade items, you may see some imperfections such as partial fingerprints, tool marks, or blemishes
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
