Buying from me
G'day! I'm Amanda and I create mixed media, recycled, beaded jewellery from my home studio in Cornwall! I aim to pack & send orders as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 days - I'll let you know if it's longer than that! I package your order in Eco-friendly gift boxes ready for you to gift and recycle bubble envelopes whenever possible, as well as use paper based tape. Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please Note: Orders from outside the UK - Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.
I post all orders in the UK First Class post, special delivery is available at additional cost. Post within the UK can still be delayed, so please expect post to take longer than usual!
I am happy to gift wrap and post an order to the recipient if required at no extra cost, so please enter details in the Notes to Seller when ordering! Keep safe & healthy everyone!
Returns and Exchanges: Please bear in mind if your item contains vintage components that there may be a little wear and tear on these pieces because of the nature of the item's age. I try and use the best quality materials in my work, but if you are unhappy with it for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible or within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you've heard back from me and you would still like to return it, please return the item undamaged in its original packaging if possible (buyer pays return postage costs). Once I've received the item, I'll arrange for a refund of the purchase price, exchange the item for one of the same value, or if alteration is required, I can alter the item to suit (although additional charges will apply if this takes longer than fifteen minutes or requires additional materials).
Additional Policies and FAQ's: All of my work is made with love, care and attention to detail and perfection. I try to make my jewellery as strong as possible to live up to daily wear and tear. If you treat them with respect they should last years! Handle it carefully, avoid tugging it sharply and in the case of beaded or mixed media rings as a precaution don't have them submerged in water constantly. Be kind when opening/closing clasps, store them flat and out of direct sunlight if possible, also avoid contact with perfumes and other cosmetics (they may damage the surface of some beads). And remember that most of my beaded work is made with small glass beads, so if they're dropped on a hard surface they may not survive intact - although they are quite tough little things!
With regards to earrings, due to hygiene regulations, I can only accept returns if they are faulty or damaged and unworn.
