Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
A message from me:
All items are handmade, individual and bespoke. We want you to know that we aim to post your item within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
The consumer is responsible for all return costs and refunds will be processed once the item is received.
Please message me if there is an issue with your order and I will do my utmost to put it right. Thank you for buying from me xx.
