All tea cosies are knitted to my original designs. Everything is hand made by me using only the best quality wool, supplied with appropriate care instructions, and the eyes used in the toys are compliant with current UK EN17 safety standards. Some of my items are customisable to suit whoever the gift is for, please drop me a message with your requirements

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
