I Lydia Stonely am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

All my dolls are lovingly handmade by me in the UK and are UKCA and CE marked.
Your doll will be beautifully gift wrapped and travel with Royal Mail to their new homes.

My dolls are made to order especially for you. When ordering you will have options to choose from such as skintone. Please pay attention to the making time for each dolly and contact me with any questions, as there is sometimes flexibility.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - MY RETURNS POLICY
I want you to fall in love with your lovely dolly but if, for any reason, you don’t you can return it to me. Please let me know within 14 days from the day after it has been delivered to you.
If the dolly is returned in its original condition, I will exchange or refund the purchase price plus the original delivery costs. I will refund you, by the same means as you paid, within 14 days of receiving it back.
You must send the dolly back to me within 14 days from when you have told me that you wish to cancel. You will have to pay the return postage costs and please make sure that the dolly is packaged properly to make sure that it is in the same condition that you received it, if not I may have to reduce any refund for handling the dolly beyond what is reasonable to decide whether or not you like it.
I will refund the return postage if the dolly is faulty - I hope this is never the case!
Of course I do respect your normal consumer rights, so if there is something wrong with the doll please let me know. All dollies come with a free 'dolly hospital' pass and I will repair them for the lifetime of the doll, but only if the dolly has only been used for normal play. Please contact me by e-mail (lydia[at]pollyhadadolly.co.uk) and we will decide how we can best treat your dolly, or, where appropriate, agree on a refund.

SHIPPING - MY DELIVERY POLICY
On each listing is the lead time for each doll. Larger dolls take longer to make and so have a longer time. I may be able to be flexible on this so please do contact me if you want something quicker. I also have ready-made dolls available.
I use Royal Mail for delivery; and will send by 2nd class small parcels to keep postage costs low for you. Delivery costs are added when you place your order. If you are in a rush and need something quickly please contact me and we can arrange next day delivery at an extra cost (UK only).
