Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
My felt items are handmade decor and jewellery and not intended as toys for children
Brooches and pins are unsuitable for children due to small parts and sharp points
Pierced earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please keep jewellery away from water, perfume, makeup and don't sleep in them!
Do not store in direct sunlight.
Please take care your jewellery, these are handmade items which can stand a fair deal of wear and tear, but returns cannot be accepted where items have been obviously mistreated.
Tiny air bubbles are a characteristic of glue, sealers and resin, and are occasionally present in handmade
Items
Different monitors and phones will show colour tones slightly differently and this is out of my control
Suprise/mystery boxes are exempt from the returns policy
