Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If there are any problems with your order please contact me as soon as possible (before leaving feedback!) so that I can try and resolve them.
Once you have purchased an item you are expected to pay for it. If you wish a different colour or size, please contact me BEFORE making the purchase for a custom order. I do not charge extra to make something in a different colour or size if it is one of my current listings. If you would like further clarification on any item, please ask before making your purchase. If there is something that you are not sure of, please ask before making the purchase. I'm more than willing to answer questions about anything in the shop.
I cannot control what the post office will do with packages after they have been shipped. But, if something has happened to the package in transit, please contact me.
Any requests for returns must be received within 10 business days of the package delivery date.
All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be no refunds or returns on custom or special orders. All other returns will be considered on a case by case basis. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and all transaction fees incurred.
DAMAGES (WARRANTY) . If enything happend to any of my products - I can fix them. please, send me a photo of damage (K.giftedhands@gmail.com).
