Shop Announcement:

All of my pieces are made by me in my home that I often refer to as my workroom AKA "the good sitting room" .

All items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of purchasing By Royal Mail.

All items will come wrapped in tissue and I can wrap individually if any items are gifts, just let me know at time of ordering.

Upon dispatch, I will keep you updated as to the postage service I have used and tracking numbers where appropriate.

In an effort to avoid packaging going to landfill, I endeavour to use donated and used packaging where I can - this may include materials kindly donated to me from my local community.

Buying from me

I am a knitting designer based in Lanark Scotland. I specialise in knitting wool hats. I use mostly yarn from New Lanark World Heritage Site as it is only 5 minutes from my doorstep,this yarn is produced on 200 year old machinery. My most popular design is my New Lanark Tammy by Jools Brown. I've been knitting hats my whole life and I hope you enjoy wearing them as much as I enjoy knitting them.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
