Welcome to Janiemade and my little corner of Folksy where you can buy my crocheted creations. If you're looking for skilfully handmade gifts and home decor I hope you'll find something you love. I enjoy crocheting with natural fibres, mainly cotton, and many of my home decor items use recycled braided cotton cord or recycled cotton T shirt yarn. All items are ready to post and I only charge postage on your first item. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post.

Buying from me

I post orders by the end of the next working day, at my local post office. I’m not Amazon but hopefully Royal Mail will deliver your order without too much delay!

For packaging I use tissue paper, brown paper and cardboard boxes, all of which can be reused. I reuse bubblewrap, to save it from landfill. I also use eco-friendly tape as much as possible to safely secure your parcel.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I carefully check my handmade items before I post them as I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please contact me on receipt if there is a problem so that it can be quickly resolved.
