February 2023- Purchases will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail post instead of increasing postage prices. I can usually post the next working day.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I had one customer return a bag they bought from me to see if the removable strap would fit a bag she already had. She wanted to return it because she said it wasn't compatible, therefore I was expected to give a full refund. I did not make the strap for my bag to fit any other bags.
