Welcome to my shop!
Handmade Jewellery using my mixed media process incorporating an eco resin, textiles, wool, fibres, yarns, natures harvest. Each piece is designed and handmade individually which guarantees an original piece of jewellery.
I also make Chainmaille Jewellery in Titanium, Silver, Copper.
Precious Jewellery is fully hallmarked including my makers mark CC (Crystal Clarke) by The Birmingham Assay Office.
Made to order items can take 14 to 21 days to complete.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
RETURNS Items that you have purchased that is not to your satisfaction, please return within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Before returning Jewellery please contact me beforehand to let me know. Please email Crystal Clarke at crystalclarkejewelleryartist@crystalclarke.co.uk and give your order number, let me know why you are returning the item. Please return Jewellery by A Signed for Postal Option and either email or telephone me the Postal Reference Number. Please ensure that goods are adequately packed. Responsibility cannot be accepted for goods lost or damaged in the post through insufficient packing. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel your order, either telephone or email Crystal Clarke at crystalclarkejewelleryartist@crystalclarke.co.uk with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If I have already dispatched your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to me and then I can refund you.
