Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery after your order has been posted. If you need faster shipping, feel free to contact us before purchase.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We accept returns (at the buyers expense) within 14 days of receipt of any non-personalised item(s).
No returns are accepted in the case of personalised items, unless we have made an error.
