Orders will ship within 3 days, except during weekends and holidays. If an order cannot be fulfilled in this timeframe, I will contact you to let you know.
Delivery schedules for custom orders will be discussed on an individual basis.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns acceptable within a 28 day period. Items must be in perfect condition and original packaging. Exceptions to this are if items are faulty. In this case, contact shop to discuss return options. If item is defective, a full refund, minus postage and packing, will be given.
No returns allowed on custom items unless there is a fault.
