Buying from me
As a textile artist and crafter working with fabric, I have sourced beautiful fabrics and haberdashery over the years, ranging from designer quilting fabrics to preloved remnants and vintage laces. I'm not able to use all of these myself, so I'm selling some through this shop.
Orders are shipped Second Class with 3 days, postal upgrades are available.
I also design and sew beautiful handmade gifts which you can find on my other Folksy shop - The Old Button Sews.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I am sure you will love your gorgeous fabric or haberdashery.
Of course we all change our minds sometimes and I am more than happy to offer a refund or replacement - just return it in an unused condition within 28 days. You will need to pay return postage.
I will always offer a full refund or replacement (including shipping costs) if any item has a flaw or fault that is my mistake.
For all returns, please contact me first so I can give you the full return delivery address. Refunds/replacements will be given on receipt of returned item.
Note: Identical replacements are not always possible due to the unique nature of my sewing supplies.
