Buying from me
My products are handmade of course, using natural materials, inspired by my foraging walks and the flowers I grow in my cottage garden- right by the river in Ludlow.
The nature of my work is slow and thoughtful, I occasionally take commissions, but generally list my items as they are finished. Pleased prepared to wait a little longer for delivery- generally 5 days - If you have an express order in mind, get in touch and let me see if I can help.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
