Buying from me
All my pieces are handmade in The Glass Shed and each one is unique. I’m happy to take commissions—just message me. Returns are accepted if the item is sent back in perfect condition; postage isn’t refunded. Custom or personalised pieces can’t be returned. Most orders ship via Royal Mail, with larger items sent by Parcelforce. Contact me if you prefer another method.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
