Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns & Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Orders must be returned to us unused and in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date unless the item is faulty. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on general wear and tear, self damaged or lost jewellery. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on:
Any Earrings unless item/s are faulty or damaged in transit.
Any Engraved items unless faulty or damaged in transit.
We accept exchanges on some of our items. Excluding earrings. Buyer will need to purchase exchange postage from us so we can return your item back to you.
