Buying from me

Hello! Some of my work is bespoke, some of it is ready made but all of it is made with love.
Any items that are made to order will take a little longer to send out to you but they're worth the wait.
Items that are small enough are shipped in letter-box sized packaging (nice and easy!) and all items are shipped second class.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
