Buying from me

All Illustrations are hand drawn by me in my little studio by the sea in Penzance, Cornwall. I aim to send out all orders in 1-2 days of purchase by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. International orders are sent International Standard. Postal upgrades are available on request. Standard shipping does NOT include tracking.

All items are will be securely wrapped in a clear protective sleeve and packaged in a high quality board backed envelope.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are not fully happy with your purchase please return within 14 days in original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
