Buying from me

All Illustrations are hand drawn by me in my little studio by the sea in Penzance, Cornwall. I aim to send out all orders in 1-2 days of purchase by Royal Mail First Class Post.

All items are will be securely wrapped in a clear protective sleeve and packaged in a high quality board backed envelope.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are not fully happy with your purchase please return within 14 days in original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
